At your convenience, we kindly request that you either call your pharmacy or request vial the patient portal for ALL MEDICATION REFILLS. These will not be taken over the phone. We are busy providing care to patients in clinic and want to make sure we handle all parent calls regarding healthcare or concerns. Refill calls take an exorbitant amount of the staff's time and can be done much quicker by having the pharmacy request the refill or requesting via patient portal. This helps us with patient care and ensuring that your medications are readily available when you need them.
