How to Schedule an Appointment

You may either call our office during working hours or use the "Book Now!" button below to schedule visits online at anytime.


We highly encourage you to call or schedule appointments as early as you realize you want or need one. We work hard to fit in our sick "littles" same day. Scheduling earlier and not waiting until the end of the day helps us tremendously.


We believe EVERYONE'S time is valuable. We work hard to run on time and keep to the schedule. Arriving on time and having paperwork done help us do that. If you are later than 10 minutes for your sick appointment or 15 minutes for your well appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule, or perhaps offer an appointment to you with another provider or an appointment later in the day.


Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may be forced to ask you to reschedule your appointment.


  • Appointment Necessary

    All visits require an appointment except in the case of an emergency. If not a medical emergency,u nfortunately, we will not be unable to see your child if you walk in without an appointment. We will ask you to return later in the day when the schedule allows.

  • Sick Appointments

    We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting.


    If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.

  • Well Check Appointments

    Parents often ask how they can keep their child healthy? We believe preventative care and routine well child checks is one of the most important ways to ensure your child's health.


    Well child visits not only provide education regarding your child and their health, but it also allows you to discuss any concerns you may have with your provider. 


    Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office at least 3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.

  • Non-Emergency Walk-In Appointments

    Patients who walk in with a non-emergency problem may be added into the existing schedule if possible, or they will be asked to schedule an appointment later  when there is an opening.
